The IBM® System x® iDataPlex® dx360 M2 Type 6380, 7321, or 7323 system-board tray comes
installed in a 2U chassis or in
a 3U chassis and has the following
features:
- Server System Infrastructure (SSI) standard system board
- Two sockets for one or two Intel Xeon quad-core microprocessors
- Sixteen DIMM connectors for up to 64 GB of memory
- Integrated management module (IMM) that combines the service processor
functions, video controller, and (when an optional virtual media key is installed)
remote presence function in a single chip
- Front access to two USB 2.0, one serial, one video, one systems-management,
and two Ethernet connectors
- Systems-management functions using the IPMI version 2.0 over LAN systems-management
protocol
- One front-access bay that supports one 3.5-inch simple-swap SAS or SATA
hard disk drive, two 2.5-inch simple-swap SAS or SATA hard disk drives, or
two hot-swap SAS hard disk drives
- Dual-port Gigabit Ethernet controller
- Active PCI Express x16 Generation 2 adapter support
- Six-port Serial ATA (SATA) controller
- Wake
on LAN support
